Many have gone through a loan modification process that was long and tedious, only to be declined or not given an acceptable modification offer.The homeowner is frustrated and has possibly given up or surrendered to a possible foreclosure. Homeowners often are bombarded with phone calls and letters from banks and visits from real estate agents to short sell their home.
