All client contact and marketing will take into account the psyche of the delinquent homeowner. In many cases, these homeowners have not made payments in months if not years. Many have gone through a loan modification process that was long and tedious, only to be declined or not given an acceptable modification offer.The homeowner is frustrated and has possibly given up or surrendered to a possible foreclosure. Homeowners often are bombarded with phone calls and letters from banks and visits from real estate agents to short sell their home.

The Marketing program will include:

  • A community outreach program
  • Education programs for affiliated real estate agents
  • Training for real estate agents to assist in explaining
    the loan modifications programs to the homeowners
  • Giving the homeowners information to research our
    program at our website or online tools (website with
    videos, interviews of people, etc.)
