JOHN FRANGOULIS – CEO
John has been a Real Estate Investor and Property Manager since 1976. Currently he is also President, Realtech Financial Services, Inc., and President, Realty Financial Network, Inc

The CEO for the Homeowner Preservation Center, John has been
a Real Estate Investor and Property Manager since 1976.
Currently he is also President, Realtech Financial Services, Inc.
[Managing Broker and Mortgage Loan Originator], and
President, Realty Financial Network, Inc. [Supervising Broker of
Real Estate Sales Team].

In the 1970’s and 1980’s, as President of Lake Merritt Business
Association and member of the Board of Directors for San
Antonio Development Corporation, John promoted regional
development and affordable housing. He started originating
loans in 1989. In 1993 he founded his company with five
Branches in Northern California.

Since 1993 John has been active with the California Association
of Mortgage Brokers serving in a number of capacities such as
president of the East Bay Chapter, the largest Chapter in
California.

As real estate professional, John hosts seminars for consumers as
well as Real Estate and Mortgage professionals. Seminar topics
have included “First Time Home Buyers”, “Mortgage Banking
Fundamentals: Processing and Prequalifying, “ What You
Should Know About Foreclosures”, “Common Sense Strategies
For Successful Equity Management” among others.

John supervised over 60 Real Estate agents while managing a
number of real estate rentals with extensive knowledge in new
construction, remodeling and landscaping.
Currently John oversees Realty Financial Network [dba RFN
Realty] that manages the of real estate functions of his business
and Realtech Financial Services that manages his loan officers
engaged in loan origination.

John has actively addressed the foreclosure crisis since 2007. He
organized a think tank group that came up with proposals
offering solutions to the crisis. John is Chairman of the Housing
Committee of MoveOn in Alameda and Contra Costa County.
He is also a member of the Foreclosure and Affordable Housing
Committee of the East Bay Housing Organizations (EBHO) and a
volunteer with the City of Oakland Homeownership Center.
Earlier, John was a founding member and Vice President of
Efficient Management Systems, Inc. in Oakland. EMS was an
original equipment manufacturer and Microcomputer Software.
Development Corporation. He was also Owner/Manager of the
Village Restaurant and later of the International Delicatessen in
Oakland.

John graduated from California State University at Hayward
with a degree in Political Science. He was born February 16th,
1944, in Lefkas, Greece and came to California in December 1962.
He Iives in Lafayette California and is married with two
children.

As CFO for the Homeowner Preservation Center, Bob establishes

underwriting guidelines for loan modifications and manages

DRE licensed for 14 years and a member of CAMB, Bob qualifies
potential buyers for home loans as a Loan Consultant.
Earlier Bob was Chief Underwriter for Southern Commercial
Credit Corp, New York, NY where he managed processing,
underwriting and approvals for commercial loans. He
performed property and neighborhood inspections, worked
directly with Freddie Mac and was Member of Southern
Commercial Credit’s loan committee.

Subsequently Bob was Senior Underwriter for residential
properties at Wells Fargo Bank where he underwrote files for
approval, trained for appraisal reviews and was a member of the
Jumbo lending team.

Bob received his BS in Finance at the University of San Francisco
and studied Commercial Underwriting at New York University
and Accounting at Golden Gate University.

GEORGE TRIBBLE – Secretary
George also serves as a Senior Loan Consultant, a role he performed earlier at Mason McDuffie Mortgage Company and Holmgran & Associates

As Secretary for the Homeowner Preservation Center, George
also serves as a Senior Loan Consultant, a role he performed
earlier at Mason McDuffie Mortgage Company and Holmgran &
Associates.

George provided residential mortgage brokerage services as

Owner, President and Broker of Record for Tribble Mortgage
Company TMC, Inc. from 1985 to 2010, and for Jetstream
Mortgage Company from 1999 to 2006.

George was an AVP and Business Development Officer at Union

Bank, East Bay Regional Office from 1980 to 1982 where he was
cash management services specialist for commercial accounts.
From 1976 to 1980, George was Computer Sales Manager for the
Computer Operation Division of Data General Computer
Systems where he marketed mini – computer systems to small
and large commercial accounts.

George was a Computer Sales Representative for IBM’s General

Systems Division in Portland, Oregon from 1971 to 1976.
George received his High School Diploma from Pacific High
School, San Bernardino Cain 1966. He earned his Bachelor of
Science, Business Administration [1971] and Masters of Business
Administration [1972] from Utah State University, Logan, Utah
George received his Department of Real Estate: Brokers License
from the California Department of Real Estate in 1981.

In 2009 he received the California Association of Mortgage

Brokers (CAMB) Life Time Achievement Award, and in 1996,
CAMB East Bay Chapter’s Mortgage Broker of the Year.

MARK E. FORBES – Vice President

Mark is a licensed real estate broker with extensive experience as a private investor. Over the past twenty years, Mark has purchased and developed over fifty real estate properties in the San Fransisco area.

Mark Forbes

As Vice president for the Homeowner Preservation Center, Mark
is a licensed real estate broker with extensive experience as a
mortgage portfolio manager, real estate investor and property
manager. Mark has originated and serviced over seven hundred
fifty million in privately financed commercial and residential
real estate mortgage loans over the past twenty-five years.

Currently Mark is President of F.E. Forbes Mortgage Company,
a three generation mortgage & investment firm specializing in
private money financing and loan servicing for commercial and
residential real estate.

Mark joined the company in 1984 garnering extensive
knowledge in all aspects of commercial and residential lending
and investment properties. He oversees all aspects of F.E. Forbes
operations, including loan underwriting, origination, servicing,
income property valuation analysis, foreclosure and investor
relations development. In 2005, Mark developed the Forbes
Mortgage Income Fund – 1 LLC, a $25mm private placement
investment offering fund open to qualified accredited investors
and pension funds.

Born and raised in Northern California, Mark now resides with
his wife and two teenage children in Lafayette, California. When
not surveying investment opportunities, he enjoys his kid’s
sporting activities, snow skiing, golf, traveling and volunteering
with non-profits.
